Parking Information

When parking your car, drive up to the gate arm. There are sensors in the road that recognize when a car is present. Insert your credit/debit card into the card reader and the system will register the date and time of your arrival. When paying with a credit/debit card, you will not receive a paper ticket. Your card is your ticket.

If you do not want to use your credit/debit card, push the round button under the card reader and you will receive a paper ticket. After taking your ticket, the gate arm will go up and you can then drive into the parking area. NB! Take your ticket with you if you plan to pay cash when you return. This is done in the terminal via the parking payment machine. Do not leave your ticket on the dashboard; it will be destroyed by the sun.

Payment

Credit/Debit Card Payment

If you used your credit/debit card upon arrival, use the same card when exiting the parking area and the correct amount will automatically be charged to your card. If you took a paper ticket, you can choose to pay with a credit/debit card when leaving the parking area, but you must first insert the paper ticket into the card reader. If you would like a receipt, press the round button under the card reader.

Cash Payment

If you took a paper ticket upon arrival and wish to pay cash, you must pay via the parking payment machine in the terminal (credit/debit cards are also accepted here). You can pay with both notes and coins. Keep your ticket after payment. You will need it when exiting the parking area to raise the gate arm. Lost tickets incur an administrative fee of 100 SEK.

Exiting the Parking Area

Credit/Debit Card: Insert the same credit/debit card you used upon arrival into the card reader and the correct amount will automatically be charged to your card. The gate arm will go up when you remove your card. If you would like a receipt, press the round button under the card reader.

Cash: After paying in the terminal via the parking payment machine, drive up to the gate arm and insert the paper ticket into the card reader. After removing the ticket, the gate arm will go up.

Keycard: NB! These cards are charged a deposit of 100 SEK.
Lost cards incur an administrative fee of 100 SEK.

Drive up to the gate arm.
For entry and exit: hold your card close to the card reader and the gate arm will go up automatically.

125 SEK per day, first 5 days
